摘要
本文主要分析介绍“９５．７”暴雨洪水的成因、特性，为洪水预报及规划设计提供了雨情和水情资料。
In this paper, the authors mainly analysed and presented the cause and the characteristic of flood caused by heavy rainstorm taking place in July, 1995. The authors also prouided the data of rain and water situation for the sake of flood prediction, plan and design.
