摘要
本文叙述了清江隔河岩工程导流隧洞的锚喷支护试验研究成果。试验表明,利用硅粉和减水剂可使喷混凝土抗压强度及抗磨度提高约40%,有利于水工隧洞施工中的应用。在观测洞的强风化页岩段开挖时,使用该材料进行锚喷网联合支护,已安全成洞。另外,还研究了一种丙烯酸盐喷混凝土材料,它既有瞬时凝结、硬化的特性,又有较高的早期强度和后期强度,对有涌水的岩面也有足够的粘着力。
This paper describes the result of anchor and shotcrete support of a diversion tunnel of Geheyan Project.The result shows that the compressive strength and wear resistance of the shotcrete material has increased by 40% with silicon powder and water reducer used. It is very useful for tunnel construction. An observed tunnel construction has been succeeded in a stronger wetheared shale rock by making a united support with steel mesh anchor bar and shotcrete of the material. Besides, another kind of acrylate shotcrete material has been devoloped.lt has properties of quickly solidifying and hardening, proper high earlier and post period strength and a enough viscosity force to the rock surface with water gush.
