引用一些实验结果表明：用传统的局部修补方法对氯化物污染混凝土中钢筋腐蚀破坏进行处理效果差、不经济，指出必须正视发达国家已经总结的惨痛教训．
Some experiment results quoted reflect the ineffectiveness and uneconomicness of the conventional local repair method for the chloride contaminated concrete structure.
