STUDIES ON THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE NANJING GUQUAN RURAL ECOLOGICAL PROJECT Ⅲ.A Comparative Study on Relationship between Water Quality of Fish Pond Fed only with Orga-nic Manures and the Yield and Quality of Aquatic Products

本文对纯施沼肥养鱼与纯施鸡粪养鱼池塘的水质、肥料品质及鱼产品质量等进行了全面的分析测定。结果表明,有机粪肥经沼池厌氧发酵后施入鱼塘比直接施入鱼塘的效果好得多,不仅水质好,鱼产量高(亩产808kg),鱼肉质好,而且肥料系数低,有明显的经济效益和生态效益,表明农业有机废弃物经厌氧发酵是实现饵料化的一条好途径。

The quality of water and aquatic products as well as nutrients of organic manures applied for fish ponds fed only with chicken manure and digested liquid slurry respectively were extensively analyzed. The results showed that organic manure ( pig dung) under anaetpbic fermentation used as fertilizer for fish culture had better effect in many respects than that of undigested manure. It not only mproved the water quality of fish pond, raised the yield and quality of aquatic products but also increased the conversion rate of feed. It also showed that fish culture with digested slurry had remarkable benefits in ecological, economic and social aspects, it proved as an effective way of using organic manure as fodder under anaerobic fermentation.
