摘要
武钢硅钢扩建工程中 ZR-3轧机由于采用了交 -交变频传动 ,对电网产生电压波动大、功率因数低、高次谐波电流大等危害 ,因此必须装设一套静止型无功补偿装置 (SV C)来抑制上述影响。文章从 SVC的设计与装置投运后的调试、测试结果出发 ,进行了滤波、补偿效果的比较与评价 ,并介绍了
AC AC converter applied to the silicon steel production Iine of wuhan lron & Steel company will have unfavourable influences on the electric network.The unfavourable influences are larger fluctuations of voltage,lower factors of power and larger higher harmonic current.Therefore,in order to restrain the above influences a set of static var compensation device (SVC) must be installed.Based the design of SVC and the regulated and measured result,technical characteristics of the SVC device are presented in this paper,and effect of filter and var compensation are evaluated. These will be favourable to improve our work.
