摘要
研制能提高活性、直接染料上染率及染色牢度的增深剂。在胺类化合物中滴加环氧氯丙烷 ,然后与丙烯酰氯反应制得中间体 ,再在过硫酸钾引发下 ,聚合成增深剂YSG。
A built-up agent which can improve activity, dye-uptake of direct dyes and colour fastness was researched and developed. Epoxy chloropropane was added by dripping to the amine compound, and then reacted with acryloyl chloride, so intermediate was prepared. Then built-up agent YSG was polymerized with potassium persulfate as initiator. YSG can improve the dye-uptake and colourfastness of the cellulosic fibre dyed with direct or reactive dyes under proper dyeing conditions.
