摘要
在分析超长管内壁镗削载荷波动的基础上,应用参数自整定模糊控制技术,开发了该系统的 模糊控制器,实现了在线快速调整参数。仿真曲线及实际运行效果表明,切削载荷波动幅度降到了最 低限度,系统运行稳定可靠。
On the basis of analyzing the load wave during boring the inside wall of super long pipes and applying the fuzzy control technique of self-tuning parameters, the fuzzy controller for the system is developed and it can regulate the parameters rapidly on line. The simulation curves and the effect of working in practice show that the swing of load wave dur-ing boring can be reduced to the lowest level and the system is in a stable and reliable situation.
