摘要
利用自制的异氰酸酯乳液胶粘剂，压制了木质及非木质刨花板，通过单因子实验，确定了制造满足标准的木质及非木质刨花板的胶种和施胶量。试验结果表明，该乳液胶粘剂完全可以满足刨花板生产的要求。
Woody particleboard and unwoody particleboard were manufactured with self-made polyisocyanate emulsions adhesive. By single factor experiment, the proper kind of adhesive and its consumption was obtained for manufacturing woody particleboard and unwoody particleboard which meet the requirements specified in national standard. The results show that the polyisocyanate emulsion adhesive meets completely the requirements of particleboard manufacture.
