本文探讨了用离子选择性电极测定海水中NH3 -N含量的可能性 ,利用国产电极建立了直接测定海水中NH3 -N的简单方法 ,并借助实际样品确定了方法精度 ,相对标准偏差小于± 6 %
The possibility of determining NH 3-N in sea water with ISE was examined.Simple methods are established for the determination of NH 3-N.The standard derivation is smaller than ±6%.
