摘要 阐述了浆渣经过辊式磨浆机磨解后浆料性能的变化,并对辊式磨浆机的处理效果进行考察。同时,运用普通光学显微镜和 X-射线衍射仪,分析了浆渣经过辊式磨浆机磨解后纤维形态和结晶度的变化。结果表明:浆渣经过辊式磨浆机磨解后,可以提高其使用性能,并改变纤维形态使其利于打浆。处理强度越大,浆料物理性能指标越高。掺配一定的渣浆对各项主要性能无明显影响。 The change of characteristics of screen rejects which were treated by extruder was studied. Ordinary light microscope and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the morphology and crystallinity of the fibers. The results showed that the treated screen rejects were much easier of beating. The greater the extent of treatment,the better the physical property of the resultant pulp. No obvious negative influence on the properties of the sheet was found when mixing small amount (<10%) of treated reject pulp with bleached chemical pulp.
