针对广州市政府公布的《广州市城市管理综合执法细则》第五章"环境保护方面"列出了由城市综合队执法的环保执法内容,对其法律依据及执法中的量罚界定等方面作了较详细的分析,可供城管执法工作参考。
In chapter of 'Guangzhou Municipal Management Execution Detail Rules' , the Environmental Protection, 11 Environmental Protection Executions are listed. The provenance of various contents and the identification of punishment are analyzed, and can be used as reference.
