水泥粉尘对工人呼吸功能影响的研究

Study of Pulmonary Function Tests in Workers Exposed to Cement Dust

对１１４ 名水泥粉尘作业工人及１８４ 名对照者的症状调查和肺通气功能测试表明，接尘工人呼吸道及眼的刺激症状显著增多，肺功能各指标改变，其异常率较对照组高。提示长期接触水泥粉尘可致工人呼吸道炎变和以小气道阻塞为主的混合性通气功能阻碍。

The study on pulm onary function tests and respiractory tract sy mpto ms w as carried out between114 w orkers w ho were exposed to ce ment dust and 184 control cases . The results showed that the sy m p tom s were m ore co m m on in the exposed group than the control one . In addition , the observed/expectedvalue of palm onary function of the exposed was low er than that of the control group ,and the abnorm alitiesof pulmonary function para meters were significantly different between the two groups . It is suggested thatthe workers exposed to ce ment dust are liable to the respiratory tractinflam mation sy m ptoms and the mixedventilative function obstruction with predo minant sm all pulm onary ventilative tracts blockage .
