小青龙汤对大鼠哮喘模型肺组织糖皮质激素受体的影响 被引量:15

摘要 用放射性配基竟争结合法测定连续激发哮喘和小青龙汤治疗后,各时点大鼠肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GCR)和β受体(βAR)含量。结果表明:激发第1天肺组织胞浆GCR结合位点数显著升高,3天后迅速下降至正常水平。肺组织胞膜βAR结合位点数于激发后逐日下降,第3、7天明显低于正常对照组,而第7天又明显低于第3天。小青龙汤治疗后,肺组织GCR、βAR与哮喘第7天组相比均显著增高。提示小青龙汤具有上调哮喘大鼠肺组织GCR和βAR水平的作用。 After treatment of continuously attacked asthma of rat by Xiaoqinglong Decoction,anypoint level of glucocorticoid hormone receptor(GCR) and β-receptor(βAR) of rat pulmonarytissues has been determined by the radio aglucone competitive combination method. As a result,in the first day after attack the numerical value at GCR conjugation point of pulmonarytissue cytoplasm obviously rise, three days latter quickly decreases to the normal level. Butthe numerical value of βAR conjugation point decreases day by day after attack,in the thirdand seventh days it is obviously lower than that of normal control group,and that of seventhday is obviously lower than that of third day. After treatment of Xiaoqinglong Decoction,GCR and βAR are remarkably increase as compare with that of the seventh day asthmagroup,which is suggested that Xiaoqinglong Decoction have the regulation-up action on GCRand βAR of pulmonary tissue of asthma rat.
