摘要
本文采用邻氰基苯甲醛为原料,与水合肼反应生成肼苯哒嗪(Ⅱ),然后(Ⅱ)与异丙叉丙酮缩合,得到布酞嗪。此工艺过程简单、操作简便、收率较高。
This paper described the synthetic method of Budralazine by using o-cyanobenzaldehyde (Ⅰ) as the raw material. (Ⅰ) reacted with 50％ hydrazine hydrate to form hydralazine(Ⅱ),and then(Ⅱ) reacted with mesityl oxide to give Budralazine. This process is simplified and the product was obtained in high yield.
