摘要
用液相层析法分离制备了地黄活性糖成分梓醇,低压柱层析:流量为20~22ml/min,洗脱剂为石油醚,乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水(8:2:1),高压柱层析:吸附剂ODSC18(10—40μm)以甲醇/水(10%)为洗脱剂,流速20~25ml/min,Φ40×300min,第10~12流份得到纯品梓醇,经测定含量达97%。本法方便、易行。
The active component of Radix Rehmanniae catalpol has been separated and prepared byHPLC,using petroleum ether or acetic ether-alcohol-water(8: 2:1) as an eluant in 20-22 ml/min of flow rate on a low pressure column,or using ODS C18 (10~40μm) as an absorbent,methol-water(10% )as an eluant in 20-50ml/min of flow rate(Φ40 × 300mm)on a high pressure column. The purified catalpol exists in the tenth-twelfth parts. It is found that its content is up to 97% through identification. This method is simple and available.
