摘要 12 5   I的生物物理学特征适用于组织间放疗。在国外 ,用 12 5   I组织间照射治疗恶性肿瘤已有较广泛的应用 ,尤其是将 12 5   I籽源植入作为一种独特的方法用于治疗前列腺癌已经相当成熟 。 Thc 125 I with special biological and physical characters is available to interstitial brachytherapy. The 125 I seeds implantation is widely used in treating malignant tumor abroad. Implantation with 125 I seeds is an important and effective method in the treatment of prostate cancer, but it is performed as pilot study in the treatment of other tumors.
