摘要 利用放射性核素血管内照射治疗血管再狭窄逐渐受重视 ,但其作用机制未完全清楚。血管再狭窄是动脉损伤后的愈合反应 ,内皮细胞参与愈合过程。血管内皮损伤作为血管再狭窄的始动因素 ,内皮细胞的增殖与凋亡影响和干预再狭窄的过程。电离辐射影响血管内皮细胞的存活、凋亡、增殖、表型、功能等。通过电离辐射对血管内皮细胞影响的研究将有助于再狭窄的防治。 The treatment of vessel restenosis by endovascular radiation is being taken into account. However, the mechanism for prevention of restenosis is not clear. Restenosis is a complex process that comprises endothelial cells and others. It appears, fundamentally, to be a wound healing process. The injury of vascular endothelium is initial influence on the development ofrestenosis. The proliferation and apoptosis of endothelial cells will effect and intervene in the course of restenosis. Ionizing radiation will influence survival, apoptosis, proliferation, phenotype and function for endothelial cells. It will contribute the prevention of restenosis by means of the study of the effect of ionizing radiation on vascular endothelial cells.
