金复康对肺癌患者外周血T细胞抗原表达的影响

Influence of Jinfukang on Express of T Lymphocyte Antigen in Lung Cancer Patients′ Peripheral Blood

用中药金复康治疗中晚期肺癌 19例 ,观察临床疗效及其对患者外周血T淋巴细胞表面CD8、CD2 8抗原表达的影响 ,并与 17例肺癌化疗作对照。结果 ,两组治后瘤灶部分缓解 +稳定率相仿 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但金复康组生活质量改善较明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,CTL(CD8+、CD2 8+)百分率及其在CD8+T细胞中的比值显著上升 (P <0 0 5 )。

The clinical effect of Jinfukang(JFK) in treatment of 19 cases of lung cancer and its influence to express of CD8,CD28 on CTL in peripheral blood were observed,compared with 17 cases with chemiotherapy as control.The result showed that the rates of PR+NC after treatment were similar between two groups( P >0 05),but in improvement of survival quality,the JFK was obviously better than the control( P <0 05).The percentage of CTL(CD8\++CD28 +)and the ratio of CTL/CD8\++T in JFK were markedly increaced with a significent difference between two groups( P <0 05).It indicated that JFK could promote activation of CTL and its cytotoxic activity.
