摘要
从认知心理学角度综述了国外学者关于运动技能学习的理论模型方面的研究进展,旨在揭示运动学习获得和发展的内在规律,以提高体育教学和训练效果提供理论依据和实践指导.
Based on foreign scholars'research results in cognitive psychology,the thesis is focus on summing up an overview of theory model about motor learning.The purpose of this study is to approach the mechanism of motor skill acquisition and development,in order to supply evidence and guidance for the efficiency of practice.
