个体私营经济已成为青岛市经济发展中的重要组成部分，企业户数、注册资本、营业收入等均已位居山东省首位．本文就该市私营经济发展中的问题进行了剖析并提出了发展对策．

Private economy is animportent part of the development of Qindao economic. Not only the numbers of private enterprises but also registered fund and susinessincome occupy the fist position in Shandong province. This paper offers the analysis andsolutions to the problems appeared in the development of private economy of the city.
