Fuzzy Control System of the Heating Furnace Based on Fuzzy Technique

摘要 介绍了模糊技术和模糊控制,提出了工业用加热炉的模糊控制设计,与常用PID控制作了比较,结果表明,模糊控制具有超调量小,燃烧彻底,耗能减少,经济效益提高等优点. This paper introduces the fuzzy technique and fuzzy control,gives a design of thefuzzy control system using industrial heating furnace, Comparing with the PID control, thefuzzy control has some advantages of small super-adjustability, complete coinbustion, de-crease in energe consumpsion and increase in economic benefit.
