分析了企业各类人员职务变动的概率．建立了企业对各类人才总量的需求预测模型．讨论了应用计算机进行人才决策的预测方法．
This papcr analyzed all kind of individuaI situation fluctuant probability and up-builded undertaking the presetting model of the requirements all kinds of talents quantum,al-so discussed talents decision ways by use of computer.
