摘要
研究了在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下镱(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADAP的显色反应.结果表明,在pH=9.66的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲溶液中,镱(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADAP进行最佳络合.最大吸收波长λmax=580nm.表观摩尔系数为1.5×105L·mol-1·cm-1,镱(Ⅲ)星在0-12μg/25ml范围内符号比尔定律.
The conditions of colour reaction of Yb (Ⅲ) with 5-Br-PADAP in thepresence of CTMAB is reported in this paper. It is found that Yb(Ⅲ) reacts with 5-Br-PADAP and CTMAB in a pH9. 6 buffer solution to form a complex with maximum ab-sorption at 580nm, the molar absorptivity is 1. 5 × 105L. mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law isobeyed in the range of O-12μg/25ml.
