提取棉酚的简易方法

Simple method of extraction gossypol

本文介绍以乙醚为溶剂,使用萃取的方法自棉籽中提取棉酚;棉籽首先脱脂再用乙醚萃取,萃取液与冰醋酸的反应,制得醋酸棉酚,在室温下直接水解,可得黄色的游离棉酚。此法简便易行,产品纯度高,产率大,溶剂可循环使用,适于推广批量生产。

This paper discussed extraction of gossypol from cottonseed solvenlised by diethyl ether, First of all , degreased the skinned cottonseed, extract the degreased cottonseed with diethyl ether. Then, through reaction of extracted solution with suitable amount of ice acetic acid, acetic acid gossypol can be obtained.acetic acid gossypol direct hydrolysis at rom temperature, yellow free gossypol is extracted.
