我国农业可持续发展面临的环境问题及对策

Environmental Problems and Its Countermeasures for Agriculture Sustainable Development in China

不合理的化肥和农药施用、农膜的大量使用、工业“三废”污染、水资源短缺、自然灾害的日趋频繁、耕地数量和质量的下降是我国农业可持续发展所面临的一系列主要环境问题．结合本国国情，大力发展绿色农业产业、加强农村环境保护方面的立法建设和脆弱生态系统的保护管理、提高化肥利用率、重视土壤有机培肥及发展节水型农业。

Major environmental problems for agriculture sustainable development in China, which are the irrational using of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, the large amount of plastic film used in agriculture, the waste air, water and residue from industry, the shortage of water resource, the frequent befalling of natural calamities, the degeneration of quality and quantity of farmland, are analyzed in this paper. Combining with the condition in our country, it is extremely urgent for us to take the remedial countermeasures, which are as follows: the development of green industry of agriculture, paying more attention to the lawmaking on environmental protection of countryside and the management of friable ecosystem, high efficiency of chemical fertilizers, using organic manure to increase soil fertility, and the development of water saving agriculture.
