孕育铸铁件凝固机理及无冒口铸造工艺

摘要 本文结合孕育铸铁件──曲轴磨床中施板的生产工艺及生产中存在的问题,分析了孕育铸铁铁水注入铸型后的凝固机理,论证了该类合金实行无冒口铸造的理论依据,并探讨了无冒口铸造工艺设计方法及注意事项。 Combining with the manufacturing technology of inoculated cast iron-the medial running board of winding axle grinder, as well as the problems existing in production,this article analysesthe solidification mechanism of inoculated liquid cast iron after being poured into the cast mould,demonstrates the theoretical basis of the alloy's using non-riser casting, and explorcs ways on how to designthe technical plan of non-riser casting and the points for attention.
