摘要
本工作研究了以环乙烷为溶剂,以n-BuLi为引发剂,分别在t-BuOLi和四氢呋喃(THF)存在下使异成二烯聚合时t-BuOLi和四氢呋喃对聚异戊二烯分子量分布的影响;还研究了引发剂n-BuLi和sec-BuLi在聚合体系中的浓度对聚异戊二烯分子量分布的影响。实验结果表明,以n-BuLi为引发剂以环乙烷为溶剂时,向聚合体系中加入极少量t—BuOLi就会使聚异戊二烯的分子量分布变得很窄。实验结果还表明,聚合体系中引发剂的浓度对聚异戊二烯的分子量分布有明显影响。
This work has studied the effects of t -BuOLi and tetrahydrofuran (THF) on the molecular weight distribution of polyisoprene which is formed by polymcrization of isoprene with cyclohexaneas solvent and n-Bul,i as initiator at the present of t-BuOLi or tetrahydrofuran. Moreover, we havestudied the effect of initiator (n-BuLi and sec-BuLi) concentration in polymerization system on themolecular weight distribution of polyisoprene. The experiments results have shown that with n-BuLias initiator and cyclohexane as solvent, the molecular weight distribution of polyisoprene can becomevery narrow, provided a very little amount of t-BuLi is added to the polymerization system. Furthemore the experiments results have shown that the initiator concentration in polymerization system hasan obvious effect on the molecular weight distribution of polyisoprene.
