拦网作为五大基本技术之一 ,自从创生已经经历了三次演变 ,而其每一次演变也都相应地带动了一些新技术、战术问世。
As one of the five basic techniques in volleyball,blocking has seen 3 changements of its rules since it came into being.Each changement brought forth the creation of some new skills and techniques correspondingly.This paper emphatically analyzes the relationship between the changement of blocking rules and the development of blocking skills and techniques.
