摘要
HPLC法测定皮肤渗透液中石杉碱-甲的含量,采用外标法定量,流动相:甲醇-水(50:50V/V);紫外检测波长313nm,流速:1ml/min;柱温30℃;线性范围:0.1μg/ml~10μg/ml(r=0.9999)平均回收率99.62%(CV%=1.52%),为皮肤渗透液中石杉碱-甲含量测定的良好方法。
A reversed-phase Liguid Chromatographic method was developed for the determination
of Huperzine-A in skin permeation vehicle.by using shimadzu Lc-6A HPLC.SPD-6A UV-detector,
C-R3A integrator,and using methanol/water(50:50)as mobile phase.and was detected under 313nm.
The linear range of the method was 0.1—10μg/ml and the average recovery was 99.62%;Coef-
ficient of variation 1.52%.
Experimental evidences indicate this method have detected of Huperzine-A successfully in skin
permeation vehicle in vitro.
