A NEW METHOD OF EXCISING CAVERNOUS HEMANGIOMA AT THE EYE BALL

摘除眼眶肿瘤的手术入路问题。在眼科界的意见不一。眶后部肿瘤.意见更为分岐。本文介绍经前路开眶摘除眶尖部海绵状血管瘤,不仅创伤小,暴露清,易操作.减少术后并发症,且取得了良好的手术效果.为摘除眶尖部海绵状血管瘤提供了一条易行途径。

Ophthalmologist's views are divergent on the way of incision in excising orbital tumor, especialy in excising the tumor at the back of eye ball. In this paper, a new method of excising cavernous hemangioma is introduced, in which the cut is made at the front of orbit. On the basis of 21 cases of successful operations, the method is proved to have many advatages, such as slight injury, clear exposure, simple and easy operation, as well as good effect.
