摘要
凋亡抑制基因bcl-2可以抑制细胞凋亡,其过度表达与肿瘤的发生有关。本研究采用免疫组织化学方法检测了57例宫颈癌中bcl-2蛋白的表达,并以11例正常宫颈组织作对照。结果:bcl-2蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达,不仅表达阳性率明显高于正常对照(P<0.01),而且表达强度亦明显高于正常对照(P<0.01)。bcl-2蛋白在宫颈癌临床Ⅱ期中的过表达(64.3%)明显高于临床Ⅱ期(22.2%)(P<0.05)。提示bcl-2蛋白的过度表达不仅与宫颈癌的发生有关,而且与宫颈癌的临床进程有关。
The proto-oncogene bcl-2 is a known inhibitor of apoptosis. The overexpression of it is associated with the carcinogenesis. With immunohistochemical method, we dectected bcl-2 protein in 57 cases of cervical carcinoma and with the ll cases of normal cervical Squamous cell epithelium as control. Results: Not only the positive percent of bcl-2 protein, but also the immunoreactivity of it in cervical cancer was much more higher than that of in normal control(P < 0.01).The overexpression of bcl-2 protein in clinical stage Ⅱ of cervical cancer was remarkably higher than that of in clinical stage Ⅱ. The results indicated that the overexpression of bcl-2 protein was not only associated with the carcinogenesis of cervix, but also associated with the progression of cervical carcinomas.
