健脾丸对全身化疗后消化道症状的作用观察

The therapeutic effect of Jianpiwan on cancer patients post-chemotherapy

目的观察中药健脾丸对全身化疗后遗留的消化系统症状的治疗作用。方法：对全身化疗3天后仍存在恶心、厌食、纳差、口苦、嗳气、返酸、烧心、腹胀、腹泻等症状的患者98人，随机分成3组。第1组口服健脾丸10粒，3次／日，第2组为胃复安组，患者口服胃复安10mg，3次／日，第3组为对照组，患者未服用任何药物。观察患者服药过程中遗留消化系症状的消失时间以及体力恢复正常所重时间。结果：在健脾丸组，服用7天后，患者的症状明显改善（85．7％），与胃复安组及对照组的结果差别（60．88％和32．5％）有统计学意义。两周后患者各症状基本消失（100％），患者的体质状况在服用健脾丸组较胃复安组及对照组恢复迅速，其结果差别且有统计学意义。结论健脾丸对化疗后遗留消化系症状有良好的治疗作用，对患者化疗后体力的恢复也有明显的帮助。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpiwan on cancer patients post-chemotherapy. Methods:There were three groups:the first group includes 35 patients that treated with Jianpiwan 10 pills tid.; the second group With 23 patients treated with paspertine 10 mg tid. ;the third group did not treat by any drugs. DUring the treatment,when the observed signs were disappeared and when the patients were restored to health were analysed. Results:In the Jianpiwan group, after 7 days treatment,the observed signs were changed greatly (85. 7% was disappeared),compared with paspertine group and controled group, the result was significant. After 2 weeks theatment, all observed signs were disappeared, and the patients health condition were restored, this result was also significant when compared with the other two groups. Conclusion:Jianpiwan has a better therapeutic effect on cancer patients post-chemotherapy, and good for patients' health restoring.
