乳腺肿瘤患者血清中九种微量元素的石墨炉原子吸收测定及相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨乳腺良恶性肿瘤及健康妇女血清中微量元素含量及其相关关系。方法 用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定 2 13名健康妇女、36例乳腺良性瘤和 38例乳腺恶性瘤手术前后血清中 Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni和 Mo九种微量元素的含量。结果 三组血清中有五种元素有显著差异 ,其中血清 Zn、Cu、Ni和 Fe的含量乳癌患者明显高于对照组 ,血清 Mo则乳癌患者低于对照组 ,而且血清 Zn、Cu、Ni随病情发展而升高 ,血清 Mo则相反。乳癌患者血清 Cu/ Zn值 (1.4g)高于健康妇女 (1.30 )。结论无论元素的含量还是元素与元素间的相关性 ,乳腺癌。 Objective The nine trace elements(Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni and Mo)Contents in serum were analysed. Methods Nine trace elements were measured with gitaphite furmace atomic absorbtion spectrometry in 213 healthy womon, 36 patients with benign breast disease and 38 patients with malignant bteast tumour before and after operation. Results There are five elements ertremely different in three groups of serum, The serum Zn Cu Ni and Fe contents were extremely higher but Mo was lower in malignant cases, concentrations were respectively postive and negtive correlation with disease progress of the disease, and the ratio of Cu/Zn in cancer group(1.48) was higer than that in control group. Conclusions Both the concentration of the trace elements and the relationship among them are different in benign tumor, malignant tumor of breast and healthy women.
