高校办学效益的分析在力求实现投资效益最大化 (经济效益 )的同时 ,更应将社会效益纳入题中之义 ,由此引申出内部经济效益 (直接 )和外部经济效益 (间接 )的评议。循此思路 ,根据我国高教发展的现状 ,即可对人力资源、物力资源和财力资源的使用效率作出评估。

The efficiency of school running should include its social benefits as well as the maximization of investment returns. In view of this, appraisals should be made on both the outer (indirect) economic benefits and the inner (direct) ones. Following this train of thought and considering the current situation of the higher education in China , an evalution of the utilization efficiency of human resources, material resources and financial resources can be made.
