新疆民汉合校的演变及其发展前景

Evolution of School Merger for both Han People and Ethnic Minorities and Its Development Prospect

本文分析了新中国成立以后新疆民汉合校的演变过程 ,认为在民汉杂居地区 ,建立单一的民族学校有明显的弊病 ,如导致教育资源浪费、脱离社会环境、影响民族关系等。指出在新疆民汉合校有很好的发展前景 ,但目前民汉合校中所存在管理制度方面的问题不容忽视。

The present paper makes an analysis of the evolution of school merger for both Han people and ethnic minorities since the founding of new China (October 1st 1949), holds an idea that separate school system for different ethnic minorities in an area inhabited by both Han people and ethnic minorities has obvious shortcomings, such as: waste of education resources, isolation from social surrounding and influence on national relation etc. and advances school merger for both Han people and ethnic minorities have a very good development prospect but problems in management system in this aspect must not be neglected.
