The Role of Pubugou Hydropower Station in Sichuan Power System

本文介绍了四川电力系统发展概况,分析了四川电力系统调峰情况,指出瀑布沟水电站在电力系统中的作用是调峰、调频、事故备用、减少火电耗煤量、减少火电机组事故、降低火电机组煤耗率、提高电力系统运行的经济性、可靠性和电能质量.同时指出瀑布沟水电站还具有拦截泥沙、防洪、改善下游河段的航运条件等综合利用效益.从水电站前期工作深度及发展火电的可能性两方面分析,指出瀑布沟水电站是下个世纪初其它电站难以替代的、唯一可投入运行的大型电源点.

General view of development of Sichuan Power System is introduced and peaking regulation of Sichuan Power System is studied. It is pointed that the functions of Pubugou Hydropower Station performed in Sichuan Power System are peaking regulation,frenquency regulation ,emergency,reduction of total coal consumption for thermal power plant,decrease in failure of thermal power generating units,reduction of unit coal consumption for thermal power units,improvement of economy,reliability and energy quality in power system operation.It is also a multipurpose project for sediment retaining,flood control,improvement of navigation condition downstream of the river. By analysing the preparatory work of the waterpower project and the possibility for developing thermal power,it is believed that the Pubugou Hydropower Project is the only availiable large-scaled power station which can't be replace by others in the early of next century.
