摘要
通过试验测量与理论计算 ,分析了PTFE +青铜丝复合材料的磨损粗糙面高度特征参数的分布特点 ,获得该复合材料磨损粗糙表面的高度概率分布函数的峰态值一般大于 3 ,低速时 ,该值随试验压力升高而增大 ;高速时 。
The distributive characteristics of feature parameters that describe worn rough surface height about poly tetrafluoroe thylence(PTFE)+ bronze springs composite are analyzed by testing and calculation. It is conclude that the peak values of height probability distribution are bigger than 3, the higher the pressure and the bigger the peak value under low velocity. Frictional temperature affects mainly its surface characteristics while sliding speed is higher.
