三峡及南水北调工程建成后相关问题探讨(Ⅰ)——长江中游人居环境的可持续发展

Discussion on interrelation problems after completion of Three Gorges Project & South-to-North Water Transfer Project (part Ⅰ) Sustainable development of human settlement environment in the middle reaches of Yangtze River

指出三峡及南水北调工程之后长江中游地区人居环境面临的巨大变化以及社会经济发展的历史机遇与挑战 ,分析南北双赢的基本条件及关键问题 ,强调应坚持走以节水、节地、节能与治污并举为基础的人居环境可持续发展的必由之路 .

This article indicates the great changes of human settlement environment in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as the opportunities and the challenges in the social economic development after the accomplishment of the Three Gorges Project & the South_to_North Water Transfer project. It also analyzes the essential conditions and key problems for the benefit of the south and north of China, pointing out that the sustainable development of human settlement should be insisted on the combination with water saving, land saving, energy saving and pollution disposal.
