摘要
根据“一票否决”的思想 ,针对模糊综合评价方法提出一个可以体现可持续发展思想的数学评价模型 .该模型不仅计算简单 ,而且其结果能在方案发展不协调时进行调整 ,使模糊排序更具科学性、客观性 .文中还给出了利用这一数学模型对华北地区可持续发展进行综合评判的实例 .
The present study proposes a mathematic model for the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method that represents the sustainable development theory. This model is easy to calculate, and its result is capable of readjustment in case of unbalanced development in a project, thus resulting in a more scientific and objective rank order of projects. Finally, as an example, this mathematic model is adopted to carry out a synthetic evaluation of the sustainable development in North China.
