摘要
阐述了黑河市干旱特点、成因及抗旱工作中存在的问题 ,提出了加大抗旱力度及推广节水灌溉的措施。
This paper made a discussion on the features, causes and the control measures of drought as well as the existing problems in fighting against drought put forward to the measures to strengthen drought resisting and to develop water saving irrigation.
