摘要
针对城市垃圾产生量大、成分复杂的特点 ,可采用一种廉价且构造简单的柔性构筑物对城市垃圾实施全封闭储存 ,待其熟化稳定后再实行其它综合处理工艺 ,由此实现城市生活垃圾的无害化和资源化。
Because urban domestic waste possesses large quantity and complex composition, it is suggested that domestic waste should be firstly sealed in a simply constructed soft construction. After they become ripe, they can be disposed comprehensively to realize the harmless and recycling of solid waste.
