本文报道１８９９例羊水细胞遗传学检查中，异常染色体核型２１例，总异常率１．１１％，并经过分析认为，掌握羊水检查的适应证、在妊娠中期进行ｄｏｗｎ’ｓ综合征筛查，可有助于提高异常染色体核型检出率。
