On the Euro,US Dollar and International Deposits

欧元在国际储备中的地位能否显著提高，取决于欧元能否超强，而在当前的国际经济现实中，欧洲经济并不具备支持欧元走强的实力。同时，由于欧洲居高不下的失业率，欧元区各国政府在主观上也不愿意欧元走强，因而欧元中期内尚无法挑战美元。

Whether the Euro can enhance its position position in the system of international deposits depends on that whether the Euro can be stronger. But the reality of the international economy expresses that the Europe economy does not have enough power to support the Euro going stronger. Meanwhile,the governments of countries in the Euro areas do not want the Euro go up too earlier for the restrictions of high unemployment rate. The Euro can not challenge US dollar in a considerable period of time.
