摘要
多元化是一个具有丰富内涵的概念,它是企业在扩张过程中采用的一种重要的经营战略。多元化和专业化并没有优劣之分,也不是简单的数量多少的问题。多元化要求企业必须在所经营的各个领域内致力于做大做强。是否具备核心竞争能力是企业能否搞多元化的关键,核心竞争能力同时也决定了企业多元化的边界。
Diversification is a concept which includes a lot,it's also an important management strategy in the process of cor- poration expansion. There's no such a problem of which is better, diversification or specialization, it's not simple question of quantity,either. Diversification requires the corporation to devote themselves to the enlargement and development in every field of their management. Whether the corporation can carry out the diversification or not depends on their core competitive competence.
