Theoretical Reflection on the Education of Innovation Quality

创新素质是现代人才素质结构中的核心要素。素质教育重在培养高素质的创新性人才。本文试图通过对创新素质内涵以及创新素质教育的意义分析，指出现阶段我国创新素质教育中存在的主要问题，进而提出推进创新素质教育的对策和措施。

Innovation quality is the core factor of the quality construction of modern people. The innovation quality education focuses on cultivating talents of innovation with high quality. The purpose of this paper here is to analyze the connotation of innovation quality and the significance of the innovation quality education,to point out the present main problems existing in our country's innovation quality education and to introduce the country measure and the measure to advance innovation qual- ity education.
