本文论述了现阶段高校文科学报编辑应具备的几种素质 :1 .要有科学思维的头脑 ;2 .要有广博的知识面 ;3.要有高度的情报信息意识 ;4.要有精益求精的工作态度 .
This paper discusses the qualities that an editor of journal of social sciences in the institution of higher learning at the present stage, which are: first, mind of scientific thinking; second,extensive knowledge; third, high consciousness of information; and fourth,constant endeavours for perfection in his work.
