亚洲“四小龙”近40年,尤其是80年代以来发展企业国际化经营经历了由小到大、由低级到高级、由分散到集中的过程,取得了卓著成效。其主要原因是:国民经济的迅速发展,大企业、大财团的形成,本地企业效益下降以及有较健全的法律体系。“四小龙”的成功经验为广东发展企业国际化经营提供了有益的启示:要有明确的目标及可行的措施,政府要转变管理职能,企业要转换经营机制,优化产业结构,并按照关贸总协定的基本原则,发展多元化的。
In the past 40 years, especially after 1980s, the “Four Little Dragons”of Asia have made great achievements in internationalizing enterprise business, with economic scale expanding from small size to grand size; industrial structure developing from low level to advanced level and enterprises changing from decentralized management to centralized management. The main reasons for their success are: the rapid development of national economy, founding of leading enterprises and consortiums, decrease in effectiveness of local enterprises, and the effective law system. From the Four Dragonssuccess, Guangdong can gain the following enlightment in its internationalization of business: with clear strategic objectives and practicable policies, the government should reform its administrative function, enterprises should adjust and optimize their industrial structure and operation mechanism, so as to develop a multi functional and comprehensive internationalized management in accordance with the primary principles of GATT.
