作为社会主义民主由理论向实践形态转化的中间环节 ,主权原则与治权原则、自由原则与平等原则、开放原则与竞争原则、多数原则与少数原则、合作原则与协商原则、法制原则与程序原则深刻地反映了社会主义民主的本质规定和内在要求 ,是指导社会主义民主建设的基本准则 ,是调整社会主义民主关系的基本依据 ,是评价社会主义民主生活的基本尺度 ,因而在社会主义民主运作中处于枢纽的地位 ,具有普适的性质 ,起着规范的作用。

Based on a study of the positive and negative experience of socialist democracy, this article goes deeply into the socialist democracy principles of sovereignty and government, freedom and equality, opening and competition, majority and minority, cooperation and consultation, legal system and procedure, etc. It preliminarily forms a set of systematic and standardized theoretical frame of socialist democracy.
