An essential issue about macro control power is its allocation and performance, which have not received due attention in the academic circle. This article discusses some basic issues about the macro\|control, namely, the legitimacy and source of macro\|control, the allocation of the power of macro\|control, the principles and force for the performance of the macro\|control and the independence of the power in an effort to expound the ways of perfecting the theory and institutions of the macro\|control law through analyzing the power of macro\|control from the perspective of law.
