关于我国高等教育产业化的思考

Consideration on China’s Higher Education Industrialization

高等教育产业化是指运用产业化的经营理念以及市场机制对高等教育运作管理进行改革。由于高等教育产业的特殊性 ,在其产业化的过程中 ,会遇到以下几个突出的问题 :一是产业盈利性与高等教育公益性的矛盾 ;二是高等教育服务质量问题 ;三是高等教育产业竞争问题 ;四是高等教育社会公平问题。要解决上述问题 ,关键在于政府在调查研究的基础上加强宏观监控 。

Higher education industrialization is that higher education is operated according to industrial management ideas and market formular.Because of the speciality of higher education industry,in the course of its industrialization a few typical problems will come up:the first is the profit making orientation of the industry is in contradiction with the non profit making feature of higher education The second is the quality of higher education services.The third is the competition in higher education industry.The fourth is the social fairness of higher education.In order to solve above mentioned questions,government should strengthen macrocontrole in the light of the result of investigation and research and make a series of operation formular.
